Life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. The cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness, respect, and access for everyone using the service. To ensure fair access to appointments and allow others the opportunity to receive support, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur 50% of the session fee.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the session fee.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will also incur the full session fee.
For Telehealth or phone appointments, if you do not attend or contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be considered a missed appointment.
Please note: These fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
